A little History of Booneville, Iowa

 

House typical of those which lined the Racoon River when the woodchoppers and mill workers played an important role in Booneville's economy. The Schott Rays were the last to live there before it began to fall.

  I am not sure who the large stone belongs to. Mary's and Jacob's smaller stones are adjoined to it so I presume that it belongs to Henry and Mary Feller, their parents.   Jacob Feller   Mary Feller
